Rigo Ventura co-founded Erebor Construction with his college friend Dean to bring craftsmanship, reliability, and pride back into construction. With a background in real estate and project management, Rigo knows how to balance quality with efficiency — and believes every job deserves the same attention he’d give his own home.When he’s not on-site overseeing projects, you’ll find him spending time with his wife and son, collecting cards, or catching a soccer game — proof that patience, teamwork, and detail matter both on and off the job.

Dean is the co-founder of Erebor Construction, bringing a designer’s eye and a builder’s precision to every project. With experience spanning estates in the Hamptons, urban terraces in New York City, and sunny Los Angeles properties, Dean blends creativity with craftsmanship.As a Licensed Landscape Architect with a Master’s in Landscape Architecture, he understands how structure and environment work together. His passion for thoughtful, human-centered design and deep respect for natural systems shape his approach to construction from master plans to the smallest details.
